1. Parcels must comply with the terms and conditions of service set forth by Flash Express.
2. For normal size parcels and large parcels, The weight shall not exceed 50 kg. The dimensions of the three sides shall not
exceed 280 cm and each side shall not exceed 150 cm only.

Flash Express will be responsible all return fees occurred in all cases except the followings
- Recipient has confirmed receive of the parcel.
- Unsuccessful delivery due to prohibited goods.
- The parcel delivery is canceled by the sender during a delivery process.

Q : How much does the Happy Return cost?
A : Service fee depends on both weight and dimension of the parcel which senders can check from the table as shown
above.
Q : If the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, but the sender has edited recipient’s address during delivery.
Does Happy Return cover the return fee for this case?
A : Yes, it does. Flash Express will bear all return fees occurred in all cases except the followings:
a) Recipient has confirmed receive of the parcel.
b) Unsuccessful delivery due to prohibited goods.
c) The parcel delivery is canceled by the sender during a delivery process.
Q : Can general customer who does not use COD service purchase Happy Return?
A : Yes, All types of Flash Express customers can purchase Happy Return except customers who send fresh fruit parcel
which they can purchase only Box Shield.
