What should I do if my parcel is lost?

If you are shipping a high value item, we recommend that you declare the value and pay for additional insurance at the time of shipping. (Please refer to Article 7 from Terms and Conditions). If your parcel is lost during shipment to us, please contact us at cuscare@flashexpress.com so we can look into your shipment.

Any claim must be submitted in writing to Flash within 15 days of Flash's acceptance of the shipment, otherwise Flash shall not have any further responsibilities. Claims can only be made once per shipment, and the compensation will be used as a complete and final solution to the loss and damage.
