What should I do if my consignment is damaged?

Once we have been informed that a shipment has been damaged, the goods will be collected from your consignee and we will assess the damage index. Once the damage index assessment has been completed, the claim will be sent to the Claims Department.
Any claim must be submitted in writing to Flash within 15 days of Flash's acceptance of the shipment, otherwise Flash shall not have any further responsibilities. Claims can only be made once per shipment, and the compensation will be used as a complete and final solution to the loss and damage.
