If a consignee is out and the place is closed when our courier attempts to deliver, we can be given authorization by you (consignee)to leave the shipment to your family, friends, neighbors... Or you can reschedule the delivery at the time when you're free. If we arrive at a location and it is closed, we will call for further instructions. We can hold the delivery for a 2nd delivery attempt or return it back if we can't contact the consignee. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
