1、 If you are shipping a high value item, we recommend that you declare the value and pay for additional insurance at the time of shipping. (Please refer to Article 7 from Terms and Conditions). If your parcel is lost during shipment to us, please contact us at cuscare@flashexpress.com so we can look into your shipment. 2、 Any claim must be submitted in writing to Flash within 15 days of Flash's acceptance of the shipment, otherwise Flash shall not have any further responsibilities. Claims can only be made once per shipment, and the compensation will be used as a complete and final solution to the loss and damage. 3、 Please check our Terms and Conditions Article 5 about Flash Express liability.

1、 Once we have been informed that a shipment has been damaged, the goods will be collected from your consignee and we will assess the damage index. Once the damage index assessment has been completed, the claim will be sent to the Claims Department. 2、 Any claim must be submitted in writing to Flash within 15 days of Flash's acceptance of the shipment, otherwise Flash shall not have any further responsibilities. Claims can only be made once per shipment, and the compensation will be used as a complete and final solution to the loss and damage. 3、 Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

1、The claims process:
1、Once a claim has been received by the claims department, a request will be sent asking you to supply us with a copy of waybill or the waybill number. 2、 2、For any damage of each shipment caused, Flash's liability is limited to direct losses and does not exceed the limit per kilogram specified in this article. Flash does not accept any other loss or damage (including but not limited to profits, revenue, interest, and loss of future business), whether these losses and damages are special or indirect or not, regardless of whether Flash is aware of the risk of such loss or damage or not. Flash shall not be liable for more than 2,000 baht/cargo in transportation of any shipment that is only shipped within Thailand. 3、 3、Please note that all claims will be assessed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Carriage.

1、 If you've received your shipment and you believe some items are missing, please firstly carefully check the details of your shipment against what you have actually received. It might be that the missing items were not actually included in this package and will be dispatched separately. Please contact the sender to confirm the package details. 2、 If your consignment does detail the item(s) that is missing, then please contact us straight away. 3、 Please be ready to provide a copy of waybill or the waybill number.
