“Flash” and “Flash Express”
means Flash Express Co., Ltd., shipment service provider included employees, recipient agents, and sub-contractors.
means person who passes the shipment through Flash Express Co., Ltd.
means item which packed into packaging for processing shipment through Flash Express Co., Ltd.
means a box which used for packed item regarded as the consigner agree to ship.
means a document provided by Flash Express Co., Ltd. and hand to a receiver as an evident of received parcels from a consignors.
4.1 Lost or damage during shipment
In case of parcel was lost or damaged a during shipment, Flash Express will inform status to the consignor whose the parcel and gather the document for process the warranty and claim. Consignor must hand in those documents within 7 working days after were informed by Flash Express. Flash Express will be able to dismiss warranty and claim lost or damage during shipment unless consignor hand in those documents under the condition provided.
4.2 Damage after shipment
In case of parcel was damage after dispatched, receiver must take photo of damage goods and packaging in 4 dimensions, and send those photos to Flash Express via email firstname.lastname@example.org . After Flash Express investigated and concluded that the parcel and goods was damaged during shipment, Flash Express will inform to consignor and gather the document for process the warranty and claim. Consignor must hand in those documents within 7 working days after were informed by Flash Express. Flash Express will be able to dismiss warranty and claim lost or damage during shipment unless consignor hand in those documents under the condition provided.
5.1 A copy of identification cards issued by government.
5.2 A copy of account book for transfer damage fee.
5.3 Receipt of damaged goods
5.4 Warranty and claim form document provided by Flash Express, fulfilled information were required and must return them to Flash Express.
6.1 Flash Express’s liability is limited to direct loss and damage and a maximum of 2,000 Thai baht per Consignment Notes unless warranty were included.
6.2 Flash Express will not under any circumstances be liable for:
6.2.1 Lost or damaged for any Shipment containing items listed in Section 2 and Section 3
6.2.2 Lost or damaged arising from delayed delivery of any shipment
6.2.3 Lost or damaged of any shipment due to circumstances beyond Flash Express control included damage from electrical or magnetic field, loss of data from electric storage, damage of goods that Flash Express were known. Act or omit by employee or unemployed person of Flash Express, recipient agent, sub-contractors, or Government officials.
6.2.4 Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
In consideration of the interests of Flash, except for conflicts with applicable laws, all disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the country court of the original origin of the express mail, and shall apply to the law of the country of origin, the sender may irrevocably accept this jurisdiction.
